Katie holds a BS in Management from Purdue University. She is experienced in the property management industry. As a bookkeeper she manages the financial reporting and works on a variety of projects for the business operations.

Liz is our incredible and energetic administrative assistant. She is incredibly smart and helpful. If you call us, she is on the front lines manning the phones Monday-Friday.
Jon Woolum
Jon joined our organization with 9 years of property management experience, at one point overseeing 600 units. Combined with his experience in logistics for a fortune 100 company and his background in customer service he provides superior value to our investor clients.
